US Orders:
Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days. Due to high demand during the holiday season, delivery may take longer than usual.

Other Countries/Regions: Your order can be shipped within 7-12 business days. Customs regulations vary by country, and your item may be held for a period of time. If you believe your item has been held by customs, please contact your local shipping service.

Please track your package. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The postal carrier may leave your package at your doorstep if it is unclaimed. Once the postal carrier delivers it, we have no control over the package’s whereabouts.

We will not exchange or refund orders marked “delivered” by USPS.

If USPS tracking confirms the package has been “delivered,” there will be no refund or exchange.

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete address information, abandoned, or refused delivery, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost. This amount will be deducted from your order. No exceptions!

Unless you have insured your order, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

International Customs Taxes and Duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied upon arrival in your country. These charges are always the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your country’s customs office for specific amounts and rates.

Artisan Crystal has no control over and is not responsible for any duties/taxes incurred on your package. You will be responsible for additional customs clearance fees. Customs policies vary significantly from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. Please note that in rare cases, customs officials may delay the delivery of certain packages.

By law, all merchandise must be declared at the original price; amounts cannot be altered to reduce international duties. (If you refuse an Artisan Crystal package, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any import fees, duties and/or taxes incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Artisan Crystal. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If the return cost exceeds the merchandise price plus shipping, the package will be abandoned and you will not receive a refund.)
